Four service lines. Real prices on every one. If it isn’t on this list, it’s booking 6+ weeks out β€” and for most of it we’ll tell you who does it well.

Ford F-250 flat tow setup with Blue Ox Avail tow bar and Demco braking at Auto Boss RV

Flat Tow Installations

From $4,997 all-in Β· Stay-In-Play packages $5,497

Every package: Blue Ox baseplate, Avail tow bar, wiring, charge line, breakaway, and the braking system. The $4,997 package runs a portable brake unit; most customers go with the $5,497 package and get a Demco Stay-In-Play installed under the hood β€” nothing to set up, nothing in the footwell. Diesel pushers with air brakes get Air Force One. Parts, labor, and tax in every number, and we match eTrailer on parts.

Entegra Vision Class A motorhome on the Ford F53 chassis in the shop for a suspension upgrade

RV Suspension Upgrades

Stage 1 from $4,997 all-in Β· Sprinter from $3,997

Wander, wind push, tail-wag, and a harsh ride are chassis problems, and we fix them with matched components β€” Safe-T-Plus or Steer Safe steering stabilizer, Koni shocks, SuperSteer rear trac bar, SumoSprings, and heavy-duty sway bars in three stages.

Stage 1 handles most complaints. Stage 2 adds SumoSprings for body roll, Stage 3 adds the Roadmaster rear sway bar β€” $6,997 and $9,997 on the Fords. First thing we ask about is your tires, because aged or underinflated tires cause the same wander a suspension package is meant to fix, and we quote those too.

Why People Drive Past Other Shops to Get Here

Customers come from Tucson, the West Valley, Southern California, and Nevada β€” most of them because a friend we did an install for sent them.

We supply what we install

It’s the only way we can stand behind the work later. You won’t pay more for it β€” we match eTrailer on parts.

Nothing sprung at pickup

All-in pricing up front. The one thing that can be added after a quote β€” an adjustable hi/low hitch β€” we tell you about before you commit.

Covered shop, proper lifts

Not a mobile installer in a parking lot. Every install is torqued, tested, and road-checked before you get the keys.

Authorized, not just “familiar”

Blue Ox, Roadmaster, Demco, Curt, and EQ Systems on the towing and leveling side. Safe-T-Plus, Steer Safe, Koni, SuperSteer, SumoSprings, and Roadmaster on suspension. Installed to manufacturer spec so your warranty holds.

Common Questions

The ones we answer on the phone every week.

What does a flat tow setup cost?

Complete packages start at $4,997 all-in β€” parts, labor, and Arizona sales tax. Most gas coaches with a Demco Stay-In-Play braking system land at $5,497. Diesel pushers with air brakes run Air Force One and come in at $5,997 to $6,497 depending on what’s already on the coach. The only thing that can be added after the quote is an adjustable hi/low hitch, $209.41 out the door, and only if we need it.

Can my vehicle be flat towed?

Some can, some can’t, and it comes down to the exact drivetrain and trim β€” not the badge. Part-time 4WD trucks need a 2-speed transfer case with neutral tow mode, the Ford Maverick is only approved as the Hybrid, and “Rubicon” is a trim, not a model. It’s the owner’s responsibility to confirm with the manufacturer; we install per the manufacturer’s instructions and won’t order parts until it’s confirmed.

Which motorhome chassis do you do suspension on?

Ford F53 (Class A gas), Ford E350/E450 (Class C), and Mercedes Sprinter. That’s 99% of what comes through the door. Stage 1 starts at $4,997 all-in on the Fords and $3,997 on the Sprinter, and we’ll ask about your tires before anything else β€” aged or underinflated tires cause the same wander a suspension package is meant to fix.

How long does an install take?

Most flat tow packages are a multi-day job β€” drop off in the morning, we update you on day two, pick up around midday on the last day. Suspension work is scheduled Monday to Friday, not same-day β€” you get a drop-off date and a pickup date when you book, not a “single visit” that turns into three.

Do you do general RV repair?

Not much anymore. Flat tow, suspension, solar and lithium, and leveling jacks are what we do every day, and those book within a week or two. General repair β€” refrigerators, roof A/C, generators, water heaters, slide-outs β€” is booking 6+ weeks out with limited availability, and for most of it we’ll point you to someone good.

Serving the East Valley β€” and Everyone Who Drives In

We’re at 7921 E Main St in Mesa, 20 minutes from central Phoenix with easy access from US-60 and the 202. Mesa, Apache Junction, Gilbert, Chandler, Queen Creek, and Gold Canyon are home turf, and we see coaches from Tucson, San Diego, and Las Vegas every month. If you’re coming from a distance, tell us β€” we’ll book the coach side and the vehicle side together so it’s one trip.
